First Day of School

Brian took the day off work so we could all take her for her first big 2 hour day of school. Hailey keeps calling it her pre-school class. She was anxious to go and just as anxious for mom and dad to leave. They apparently made a gingerbread man and put him in the oven. They were going to eat him for their snack but he popped out of the oven and ran away. The teacher told everyone to check at their homes to see if he went there. Hailey checked our house and grandma's house but there was no gingerbread man. Tonight she asked if the gingerbread man was asleep as she was drifting off. The teacher really had all of the kids going. Anyway my guess is that it will turn up at school tomorrow. Brian thought it would be funny to get one and let Hailey find it to take to school. I am not sure what the teacher would think though. Tomorrow she will stay a little longer. It sounds fun and I think I want to go too!

We are alive.....

It has been a long time since I have updated the blog. Part of the problem was moving and a wedding. The other part of the problem is that I cannot find the camera's memory card adapter for the computer!!! I am giving it one more week then buying a new one. Here are a couple of pictures my dad took of the kids at swimming lessons. Hailey is still fairly terrified of the water but will now go under maybe twice an outing. Brayden is nuts. He thinks he can swim. He will just jump right in.

The last day of swimming lessons, they turn on the water features and just let the kids play.
Brayden loves all of the slides (including the big blue one in the back). Hailey will not get near any of it.

Yes her hair is wet. She had gone under the water. Hurray!!!!

There is a reason to not go swimming when it is 76 outside. BURRRRRR!
