I dread going to Walmart. The one close to our house is totally, ghetto. I miss the Walmart on Cortaro in Tucson! Is that psycho to say? I don't know why I keep going back. Each time I leave I swear I will never go there again. If you want to see people yelling at there kids all hours of the evening, head on over. Of course your children aren't going to behave, they are at Walmart at 10:00 at night. Being there makes me want to cry. Idiots! Why do I go? Well, they sell Hebrew National hot dogs for much cheaper than the local grocery stores. Those are the only hot dogs I will eat on occasion and Brayden is a hot dog lover. So I might as well have some around that doesn't make me want to gag. Also Walmart is closer than the grocery store that sells the deli turkey Brayden will eat. They sell their cleaning supplies, toys, clothes, medicine and other odds and ends. It saves me money and trips to other places. If I win the lottery, the first thing I would do would be to ban Walmart from the places I would enter. It is not worth the money to have three homeless people that haven't showered in 6 months stand extremely close to you while you are checking out. Is it worth having to breath through my mouth and hold back the gagging reflux to save some time and money?? I don't know. It is like a diet I can't stay on....I keep going back.....back for those cheap workout shirts and capris.....back for the 4$ t-shirt for Hailey......back for the leotards. Please bless a Target comes to the piece of land nearby slotted for a big box store. Please.....I don't want to go back.

I was at Costco last week when I saw three girls without a guardian. One of the girls was pushing a cart and the other two were kicking her. They were being loud and obnoxious. I wanted to tell them to "Stop kicking and be quiet!" Where were their parents?! Walmart is usually worse than Costco, but idiots abound everywhere.
H - You have never made me laugh so hard! Oh my crap - you sounded like me ranting in the Walmart blog! What has North Ogden done to our sweet HeatherAnn? And I SOOOO feel your pain - Walmart is the only place in town here to shop. This weekend I went to Family Dollar to buy garbage bags because I just COULD NOT handle Walmart. And then I ended up there the next day anyway. Oh well.
Josh and I do my grocery shopping there as well. As usual, it is a late night event. Oh, the stories we have from being there... Our favorite was our first visit there together. Here we were, 11pm in the check out lane. Both of us watching this couple in the lane about 2 down from us. He was older, she was younger. Both were wearing what we assumed was their idea of "dressing up" camo. We were just watching for whatever reason and then he throws his arm down the top of her shirt! We just looked at each other and couldn't believe our eyes as he groped his...whatever she was...right out in public! Oh the things we do for cheaper groceries.
I HATE WALMART!!!! Enough said.
